RECOMMENDED: temporarily disable any antivirus software you may have running prior to installing the software to ensure it installs correctly.

Step 1 - Download

Download and save "Wtva-OpenVPN-v3.exe" application installer and then start it by double clicking the installer icon.

Step 2 - Windows Defender

At this point you may see Windows Defender message "Windows protected you PC".
Since your windows have not yet seen this application, Windows Defender may decide to block it - that is normal.

Click  More Info  and press

Run anyway
